Parsley Box has secured £5m in a Series A follow on funding round to support its ongoing expansion. The Edinburgh-based nutrition brand has seen its revenue triple since Mobeus first backed the company in 2019, and the firm now delivers a million meals a month.
The capital injection will help fund the next phase of the company strategy, building on growing demand from the demographic aged sixty-five and over. Mobeus remains the primary institutional backer for the direct to consumer meal provider.
