Bristol-based Paranimo has secured £50k in investment from the Capital Pilot Boost Fund. The fresh capital will be directed towards challenging conventional workplace mental health solutions by offering organisations a cost-effective alternative for staff wellbeing.

Co-founded by Matthew Vamplew, the company develops a matched support system designed to pair employees with appropriate therapists based on relevance and personality fit. This latest injection brings Paranimo's total funding to date to £297k, encompassing previous equity investments and grants from Innovate UK.
