Oxford Quantum Circuits has raised £260m in a Series C funding round led by Bullhound Capital. The financing represents Europe's largest private quantum computing funding round to date.
The oversubscribed round saw participation from a broad group of investors including the British Business Bank, JPMorgan, and several returning backers. The capital will support the company as it expands its international footprint and accelerates its technology roadmap.
Based in the UK, the company deploys operational quantum systems directly into commercial data centres alongside classical infrastructure. The fresh funds arrive as the quantum computing sector shifts towards deployment and commercial scale.
