Oxford Ionics has secured £30m in Series A funding to expand its team across technical and operational roles. The financing round was led jointly by Oxford Science Enterprises and Braavos Investment Advisers, with participation from Lansdowne Partners, Prosus Ventures, 2xN, Torch Partners, and Hermann Hauser. The fresh capital supports the commercialisation and scaling of the company's proprietary quantum processors, which combine individual atomic performance with standard semiconductor manufacturing.
