Oxehealth secures £10m Series A investment from existing shareholders to expand commercially

Existing shareholders underwrote the financial commitments to accelerate the rollout of Oxevision.

£10.0MSeries A

Oxehealth develops a vision-based patient monitoring and management platform that aids clinicians in delivering safer and more efficient care. Its system features a contact-free optical sensor to track patient vital signs and behaviour.

Oxehealth has secured £10m in financial commitments, structured across two rounds spanning 2021 and 2022. The funding was underwritten by existing shareholders.

The capital will be directed towards funding the commercial expansion of Oxevision, the company patient monitoring and management platform. The raise follows a period in which the firm doubled its annual recurring revenue over the course of 2020.
