Owen & Owen is an established firm of chartered surveyors based in Pembroke, specialising in land and estate management across south and west Wales.
Lloyd James has completed the equity purchase of Owen & Owen, securing a loan from the Development Bank of Wales to conclude the succession plan for retiring partners Anthony Owen and Joanne Owen.
The transaction finalises a leadership transition that began when James joined the partnership in 2015, with specialist financial advice provided by Llewelyn Davies Chartered Accountants.
The capital will support the newly formed business as it continues to invest in technology and expand its team.
