The equity and debt round was backed by Force Over Mass, PostFinance, 1818 Venture Capital, and Tribe Capital to fund increased lending volumes.
Outfund operates an alternative lending platform providing flexible revenue-based finance to small and medium enterprises. The company uses automated credit and risk scoring to deliver growth capital without requiring equity dilution.
Outfund has closed a £115m Series A round comprising equity and debt financing. The capital was secured from a syndicate including Force Over Mass, PostFinance, 1818 Venture Capital, and Tribe Capital. The proceeds will support the expansion of its lending operations, new product development, and international growth.
Established in 2020, the London-based fintech offers automated credit decisions and revenue-based loans to e-commerce, software, and retail enterprises. The fresh funding will enable the firm to scale its lending capacity to more than 5,000 businesses over the coming year.
From the founder
"Our ambition is for Outfund to be the place to go to grow your business, without compromising your equity or wasting time fundraising. This is why we have spent time developing a way to make the process of securing money for growth easier, fairer and, most importantly, faster. Our approach has been warmly received by the founders and directors so far, and now we’re looking at how we can open this up to more businesses and continue to be part of their journey to success for a long time."
