The funding round was led by Alpine Meridian and Robert Neveu.
OurPeople provides a team communication and engagement platform designed to connect businesses with desk-less workers. The Bristol-based firm has experienced increased demand during the pandemic, including deploying a free version for the NHS.
OurPeople has secured £1.6m in Series A funding from Alpine Meridian and Robert Neveu. The investment brings the total raised by the Bristol-based employee engagement platform to date to £3m.
The company provides secure communication tools tailored for sectors with large desk-less workforces, counting clients such as West Ham United Foundation and Virgin Active UK among its users. Usage of the platform has risen during the global pandemic as firms sought to reach remote staff with critical updates, alongside the rollout of a dedicated free tier for health and care providers.
Alongside the funding, Robert Neveu has joined the company as Managing Partner following his participation as a lead investor alongside Alpine Meridian.
