Options Technology delivers capital markets infrastructure and financial technology solutions. The company provides high-performance networking, cloud, security, artificial intelligence, and market data services to financial institutions worldwide.

Options Technology has secured a significant investment from Vitruvian Partners to fund its next phase of global expansion. The private equity firm will provide both financial backing and strategic support to help scale operations across networking, cloud, security, artificial intelligence, and market data services.

The transaction succeeds a period of notable growth supported by Abry Partners, during which the firm completed acquisitions including Fixnetix and Activ Financial. Vitruvian Partners joins as a new backer, while Abry Partners transitions its ownership.

Jefferies International and Arma Partners advised Options Technology on the transaction, alongside legal counsel for the management team and financial advisers for the incoming investor.
