Onoco secures £150k in pre-seed funding from Jenson Funding Partners to advance AI features and team growth.
Jenson Funding Partners led the pre-seed investment round to help fund product development and expansion.
Onoco develops a parenting application designed to help families organise schedules, document infant care and track child development. The platform integrates multiple caregiver tools into a single collaborative digital hub.
Onoco has secured £150k in pre-seed funding from Jenson Funding Partners to develop its artificial intelligence capabilities and expand its team. The investment arrives amid growing market interest in parenting technology applications.
The capital will support the integration of an artificial intelligence algorithm into the Onoco Premium service, designed to predict infant sleep patterns and generate custom schedules. Additionally, the company plans to make new hires across its technical and marketing divisions.
The round builds on Onoco's existing mobile platform, which consolidates baby tracking, family organisation and developmental milestones into one shared environment for caregivers.
From the founder
"When I first became a mother, I discovered parent tech wasn’t adapted to my needs. When I became a mum for the second time, I decided to apply my skills to develop a solution to help parents like me; those with a busy schedule who want to support their child’s development every day. As such, parents will also have access to the necessary information should they need to share it with a midwife or other health or childcare professionals."

Investor perspective
"We’re thrilled to be leading the investment in Onoco. Margaret is working towards an incredibly important shift into how society thinks about childcare and the roles and responsibilities of caregivers within each family. As evidenced, interest in the parent tech sector is on the rise and we’re excited to be a part of it with such a forward-thinking business."
