Newcastle-based One Utility Bill has secured £1.7m in a Series A funding round led by DSW Angels. Existing backer Northstar Ventures also participated in the round, alongside support from NorthInvest.
The capital will be directed towards platform development, technical enhancement, and expanding the company's consumer and business partner propositions. The founders also intend to grow the Newcastle team.
Founded in 2014, the company manages household energy, water, broadband and media services with an annual value exceeding £10m. This transaction marks the fifth investment for DSW Angels.
