Odro has secured £5.2m in seed funding from BGF to accelerate its international expansion. The Scottish technology business provides video interviewing software to the recruitment sector, counting major agencies among its clients.
The capital injection will fund an overseas expansion plan that includes opening offices in Australia and North America. Alongside the investment, Rob Crossland has joined as chairman, while Dougie Loan has been promoted to chief revenue officer.
The company has experienced rapid growth since its inception, doubling in size annually and building a client base of more than 700 organisations.
