OBT Live secures £2.3m Series A funding led by NPIF II, Praetura Equity Finance to scale operations
The Liverpool technology firm raised the Series A capital to expand its team and accelerate market penetration.
OBT Live provides software-enabled services that combine behavioural psychology and real-time insights to help brands increase sales and consumer loyalty. The company utilises proprietary technology such as Engage AI to deliver dynamic digital experiences for retail, leisure, and media sectors.
Liverpool-based OBT Live has secured £2.3m in Series A funding from NPIF II, Praetura Equity Finance, pushing the company valuation past £10m. The business plans to deploy the capital to expand its domestic team, advance product development, and accelerate market penetration across key industries.
The raise follows recent international expansion, including the establishment of a regional hub in Dubai. OBT Live deploys proprietary software and engagement specialists to help brands in sectors like retail and leisure drive customer interactions and boost sales.
