The $1bn valuation round was led by Symbotic to support the development of fast-charging power solutions for autonomous systems.
Nyobolt develops ultra-fast charging energy technology and proprietary power performance solutions for autonomous machines and high-demand industrial applications. The company combines advanced battery cell design with integrated power electronics to deliver high power density and extended lifecycle performance.
Nyobolt has secured £44m in Series C funding to scale its high-power energy technology and accelerate commercial deployment. The investment round was led by Symbotic, with participation from IQ Capital, Latitude, Scania Invest and CBMM, valuing the business at $1bn. The capital will support the expansion of the company's power performance solutions across autonomous robotics and data centre infrastructure.
The raise follows a period of rapid commercial growth, with revenues increasing fivefold year-on-year. Nyobolt's technology provides high-density power for applications requiring continuous operation, addressing energy bottlenecks in warehouse automation and physical AI.
From the founder
"Nyobolt is enabling the always-on, always-moving infrastructure that physical AI demands. The enterprises deploying autonomous systems at scale can’t afford downtime, swap time, or power flickers. Our technology delivers a powerful trifecta: improved performance, exceptional durability, and a more sustainable operation, enabling a new generation of machines to run harder and smarter."
