Numan secures £45m in debt and Series B funding led by Big Pi Ventures
The digital health provider has raised a £45m Series B extension and growth capital package led by Big Pi Ventures and HSBC Innovation Banking.
Numan is a digital health provider offering personalised clinical guidance, diagnostics, and preventative care programmes. The platform focuses on areas including obesity management and men's health.
Numan has secured £45m in fresh funding through a Series B extension and growth capital, following a period of rapid revenue growth and reaching profitability. The round was led by Big Pi Ventures, with participation from Endeavor Catalyst and existing backers White Star Capital and Novator Partners, alongside growth capital provided by HSBC Innovation Banking. The capital will be deployed to drive international expansion, scale platform infrastructure, and extend offerings into female health and preventative care.
The financing follows a landmark year in which revenue more than doubled to $90m by the end of 2024. Numan has treated over 650,000 patients across conditions such as obesity and men's health. The company plans to advance its AI-driven capabilities and clinical offerings while scaling to meet growing consumer demand.
