Novatus Global secures $40m from Silversmith Capital Partners to expand regtech platform

Novatus Global has secured $40m in growth funding from Silversmith Capital Partners to scale its regulatory technology operations. The capital will support further development of the company's SaaS platform and international expansion, particularly in North America following previous entry into Australia.
Founded in 2019, the London-based firm provides software and advisory services designed to help financial institutions manage complex compliance, risk, and transaction reporting requirements. Alongside the investment, Todd MacLean and Ned Kingsley of Silversmith have joined the company board.
Maven Capital Partners also participates as an existing backer supporting the business. The latest funding provides Novatus with additional resources to accelerate product innovation and extend its geographic reach.
