A consumer electronics manufacturer known for transparent aesthetics and mobile devices, achieving unicorn status with global backing.

London-based consumer electronics firm Nothing has secured $200m in a Series C financing round led by Tiger Global. The raise values the hardware maker at $1.3bn and brings its aggregate funding past $450m.

The investment draws participation from existing backers including GV, Highland Europe, EQT, Latitude, I2BF, and Tapestry, alongside new strategic contributors Qualcomm Ventures and Nikhil Kamath. Carl Pei indicated that the fresh capital will support the firm's broader hardware ambitions in connected technology.

The company has distinguished itself through transparent design and distinctive glowing interfaces on its handsets and audio products. Having recently surpassed $1bn in cumulative sales, Nothing intends to use the capital to scale operations and develop future product categories.
