Nomupay operates a unified payments platform that streamlines acquiring, treasury, and payouts for enterprises operating across fragmented markets.
Nomupay has closed a third investment round of $37m, bringing its total funding to just under $90m to date at a $200m valuation. The final $12m tranche of the raise was led by Endeit Capital alongside Uneti Ventures, following an initial $25m contributed by existing investors over the preceding 18 months.
The capital will be deployed to support the firm in expanding its integrated payments platforms across Asian markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and Vietnam. The company previously completed a $53.6m Series A round in 2023 led by Finch Capital.
Nomupay provides an omnichannel payments acceptance and payout disbursement platform designed to help international merchants navigate fragmented regional regulatory frameworks. The company anticipates reaching profitability in 2025 following rapid growth and previous acquisitions.
From the founder
"At present, so many organisations are beholden to the dominant global gateway acquirers, known as ‘Monos’. In many cases, these platforms only provide access to certain countries, only facilitate certain payment methods, and necessitate that customers use their gateway. Global and regional enterprises scaling in the Asian market need a more sophisticated and less prescriptive approach. At Nomupay, it is our goal to become the go-to payments platform to unlock Asia for companies globally and vice versa."

Investor perspective
"Nomupay has recognised and addressed a major deficiency in the payments landscape and is bringing both innovation and access to the EMEA and APAC markets, while unlocking further potential through local licenses and vertical focus. We are very pleased to participate in the development of Nomupay, and support the ambitious team as they continue to grow and scale."
