Nivoda secures $60m financing facility from i80 Group to expand payment options
The London-based B2B marketplace has raised $60m in debt financing to offer flexible payment terms to jewellery retailers.
Nivoda operates a global B2B marketplace that connects jewellery retailers with suppliers of diamonds and gemstones.
Nivoda has secured a $60m financing facility from i80 Group to provide embedded trade credit for jewellery retailers. The capital will enable the platform to offer flexible 30, 60, and 90-day payment terms, addressing liquidity pressures caused by traditional banks withdrawing from industry financing. Founded in 2017, the London- and New York-headquartered company operates a B2B marketplace linking thousands of retailers across more than 70 countries with gemstone suppliers.
The fresh funding follows previous primary equity raises, including a $35m round led by Northzone. Nivoda plans to use the new facility to expand its global reach and help retailers overcome inventory and cash flow hurdles in a growing bespoke jewellery market.
