Netomnia builds full fibre broadband infrastructure across the UK alongside internet service provider YouFibre. The group deploys high-speed connectivity to homes and businesses using scalable construction methods.

Full fibre broadband provider Netomnia has secured £295m in a Series C funding round led by DigitalBridge. The investment includes participation from existing shareholders Soho Square Capital and Advencap.

The capital will support the company as it works towards its target of reaching one million premises passed over the next two years. Netomnia has already passed more than 130,000 properties since its rollout commenced in 2020, relying on partnerships with major construction firms to scale its operations.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2022, subject to customary regulatory conditions and approvals.
