NerdApp has secured £540k in a pre seed funding round headed by Fuel Ventures. Additional backing came from KM Capital, Andreas Mihalovits, and four private investors. The capital will be deployed to drive international expansion, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, and to scale operations including business services and technician upskilling programmes.
The company operates a platform linking vetted freelance IT technicians with consumers and businesses needing rapid technical assistance. Present in over thirty countries, NerdApp aims to capitalise on the growing demand for on demand services in a more dispersed workforce.
