Nebeus raises £900k in Series A funding via Seedrs and the British Government to expand its crypto and financial products.

The company secured the investment through a Seedrs campaign backed by the British Government's Future Fund.
Nebeus is a fintech and crypto platform that provides digital asset holders with instant cash loans and financial services. The company operates primarily across the United Kingdom and Europe.
Nebeus has secured £900k through a convertible loan crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs, alongside matched funding from the British Government via the Future Fund. The capital marks the opening tranche of the company's Series A financing, which is expected to conclude in 2021. The proceeds will support the firm as it expands its crypto and financial products and navigates regulatory licensing in the UK and Europe.
The raise follows a period of growth for crypto collateralised lending platforms, mirroring a broader market shift towards asset backed liquidity. Nebeus plans to apply for an Electronic Money Institution license in the UK with the support of Compliancy Services, followed by a subsequent application in Spain to satisfy post Brexit European regulations.
