Narchie has secured £475k in a pre-seed funding round backed by investors including Simon Murdoch, Damien Lane and Adrian Lloyd, alongside partners from Episode 1 Ventures. The fresh capital will be directed towards expanding the product, engineering and community support teams ahead of the app launch at the end of the summer.
Founded earlier in the year, the social marketplace aims to streamline the process of sourcing and purchasing second-hand homeware. The platform features a moodboard-style interface designed to foster a circular lifestyle and reduce furniture waste.
