myHappymind secures minority investment from LDC to expand wellbeing programmes.
The minority backing from LDC will support international expansion and product development.
myHappymind provides digital mental health and wellbeing programmes for schools, nurseries and families across the UK. The Cheshire based business delivers interactive content designed to build children's resilience and emotional self-regulation.
myHappymind has secured minority backing from private equity investor LDC to accelerate its reach across domestic and international schools. The Cheshire based digital mental health provider counts more than 1,900 schools among its users, delivering interactive wellbeing content and curriculum resources for children and young people.
The capital injection will fund ongoing product development and geographic expansion. LDC led the transaction through its North West team, completing the deal just weeks after selection.
Founded in 2017 by Laura Earnshaw, the company has gained recognition including NHS Innovation Accelerator status, a King's Award for Enterprise, and B Corp certification. The partnership aims to scale preventative mental health support amid rising strain on educational wellbeing services.
