myGwork operates the world's largest talent platform and professional network dedicated to LGBTQ+ professionals and inclusive employers. The company provides recruitment solutions, e-learning, and hosts prominent industry events focused on workplace equality.
myGwork has secured £1.3m in fresh funding to accelerate its international expansion and develop its e-learning offerings. The investment round was led by 24Haymarket, alongside contributions from angel investors and grant support from Innovate UK. The capital will be directed towards enhancing the myGwork Academy and improving platform functionality.
The latest financing follows the appointment of Lori L. Harmon as the new Chair of the Board. Leadership intends to use the injection of capital to build out new educational courses, such as Spanish language options and training on intersectionality.
