Moneybox secures £35m Series D funding led by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures
The digital wealth manager has raised £35m from a syndicate led by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures to expand its product range.
Moneybox is a digital wealth management platform that helps customers across the UK manage their savings, investments, home-buying, and retirement needs.
Moneybox has secured £35m in a Series D funding round to scale its brand and expand its financial planning offerings. Fidelity International Strategic Ventures led the financing, with additional participation coming from returning backers Oxford Capital, CNP, and Breega, alongside new investor Polar Capital.
The digital wealth manager has experienced substantial expansion since its inception, surpassing 800k customers and recording strong revenue growth. The fresh capital will be directed towards building out the brand, increasing the client base, and introducing enhanced long-term investing solutions.
Alongside the institutional raise, Moneybox announced plans for a second crowdfunding campaign to allow its customer base to participate in the company's equity. This follows a previous successful retail share offering on Crowdcube.
