Moneybox raises £70m in a secondary share sale valuing the business at £550m
Apis Partners led the secondary transaction, which brings in new backers including Amundi and provides liquidity for thousands of existing shareholders.

Moneybox has secured £70m through a secondary share sale, valuing the digital wealth manager at £550m. The transaction was led by Apis Partners via Apis Global Growth Fund III, with participation from Amundi alongside existing backers including Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, Oxford Capital, Breega, Burda, and CNP. The deal allows existing shareholders, including employees and a large community of retail investors, to realise partial liquidity following a period of strong growth and profitability for the firm.
The capital transaction follows a valuation increase of 84% since the company Series D round in 2022. The platform currently administers over £5bn in assets for more than a million customers across the UK, maintaining a prominent position in lifetime ISAs and first-time buyer savings.
