Moneybox raises £30m in Series C funding led by Eight Roads and CNP to scale operations
The Series C financing was co-led by Eight Roads and CNP and will support product development and team expansion.
Moneybox is a digital wealth management platform that helps customers across the UK manage their savings, investments, home-buying, and retirement needs.
Moneybox has secured £30m in Series C financing to scale its operations and expand its product suite. The round was co-led by Eight Roads and CNP, with participation from Breega and existing backers.
The capital injection follows a period of rapid expansion that brought the company to more than £1bn in assets under administration. Moneybox intends to deploy the new funds to enhance its technology infrastructure and grow its team.
In tandem with the institutional financing, the company announced plans for a retail crowdfunding campaign via Crowdcube. This will allow eligible customers to acquire a stake in the business alongside its professional investors.
