Molecular Products Group has secured £4m in funding from the Business Growth Fund to support its expansion into new international markets.
The transaction followed a corporate restructuring that converted the family-owned enterprise from an unlisted PLC to a private limited company, alongside revised banking arrangements and a group demerger.
The fresh capital will enable the firm to scale its operations in Japan and India while continuing to develop advanced air filtration systems for medical, military, and safety applications.
