£12.3MSeries A

Mogrify is a biopharmaceutical company developing in vivo reprogramming therapies to address degenerative conditions. Its proprietary platforms use big data and genomics to control human cell fate.

Mogrify has secured £12.3m in a second close of its Series A financing round, bringing the total raised in the round to $33m. The investment was led by Parkwalk Advisors, with participation from Astellas Venture Management, 24Haymarket, Jonathan Milner and Darrin M Disley. The capital will be deployed to advance immuno-oncology and ophthalmology programmes toward IND-enabling studies, alongside continued platform development and exploratory work in cell reprogramming.

The financing also brings key governance updates, with Lorenz Mayr joining the board of directors as a non-executive director and Hiromichi Kimura joining as an observer. The injection of funds provides runway as the business scales its therapeutic pipeline.
