Share allotment filed at Companies House
Modo Energy builds software that provides performance benchmarks, forecasts, and valuation models for renewable energy assets and battery storage. The platform helps operators and financiers assess infrastructure across global markets.
Modo Energy has secured £25m in Series B funding led by Molten Ventures, with participation from ETF Partners, MMC Ventures, and Fred. The company will use the capital to scale its platform from five to twenty markets, targeting solar, wind, data centres, and flexible loads alongside hiring across engineering and data science.
Founded in Birmingham in 2019, the firm provides AI-driven benchmarks and valuation tools to replace static reports for asset owners and financiers. The platform integrates millions of verified data points to enable revenue forecasting and scenario modelling in a single workspace.
The latest investment follows growing global demand for transparent infrastructure financing as electrification accelerates. Modo Energy plans to deploy advanced AI valuation systems to deepen the adoption of its operational intelligence worldwide.
