ECI Partners led the investment with participation from returning backer Livingbridge.
Mobysoft provides predictive analytics software solutions that help social housing providers manage rental income and tenant arrears. Its flagship RentSense application is utilised by more than 140 landlords across the sector.
Mobysoft has secured growth private equity investment from ECI Partners to accelerate product development and expansion within the social housing sector. Existing backer Livingbridge also participated in the transaction by reinvesting.
The capital will support the company as it scales its operations, expands its team, and develops new predictive analytical tools for housing providers. RentSense, the firm's core cloud-based application, is currently deployed by over 140 social landlords.
Leadership at Mobysoft noted that the partnership will enable faster investment into new services while strengthening existing offerings. ECI Partners brings experience supporting growth-oriented software companies to the agreement.
