Employee engagement platform Mo has secured £3m in Series A funding led by Calculus Capital. Existing backer Mercia Fund Management also participated in the round through its Northern VCTs.
The London-based business offers a software suite that allows organisations to distribute rewards, collect employee feedback, and track engagement trends. The fresh capital will be used to capitalise on accelerating demand as remote and hybrid working arrangements become more prevalent.
