Minute Media has secured £31.6m in a Series G funding round supported by new backers Hamilton Lane and Maor Investments, alongside a roster of existing investors. The fresh capital will be directed towards enhancing the firm's publishing technology and pursuing strategic acquisitions in new markets and content verticals.
The global publishing platform currently operates five media brands, including 90min and Mental Floss, reaching over 140 million monthly users. With a workforce exceeding 200 staff across multiple international offices, the company intends to build upon its recent commercial growth.
