Midnite has secured £26.1m in a Series C funding round led by The Raine Group through its Raine Partners IV fund. The financing also drew participation from existing backers Play Ventures, Discerning Capital, Makers Fund, and Big Bets, bringing the company total equity funding beyond the $75m threshold.
Proceeds from the raise will be directed toward scaling operations, advancing product development, and supporting international expansion efforts. The company plans to allocate a significant portion of the capital to hiring technical talent while keeping its engineering teams onshore in the UK.
