Memorify Technologies raises over £420k in a pre-seed round to scale its memory preservation platform
The oversubscribed round drew backing from private investors alongside Sheffield Angels, Anglia Capital Group and FundmyPitch.
Memorify Technologies is a UK-based developer of an intelligent memory preservation platform designed to help users structure and engage with personal digital archives.
Memorify Technologies has secured more than £420k in a pre-seed funding round, exceeding its initial £200k target. The capital arrived from private individuals alongside Sheffield Angels, Anglia Capital Group and FundmyPitch.
The proceeds will be directed toward accelerating product development, enhancing technical capabilities and preparing for international expansion as the company readies its platform launch.
From the founder
"Humanity has never documented so much of its life, yet never felt so disconnected from its memories. We are entering an era where memory is not just data — it is identity, wellbeing and legacy. Memorify exists to help people reconnect with the moments that matter and enable the multigenerational secure storage of those memories. What struck me wasn’t the absence of memories, it was the absence of structure. The moments existed across devices and platforms, but there was no intelligent system designed to bring them together into a meaningful story. That’s when I realised this wasn’t just my problem, it was a global one."
