LynxCraft secures pre-seed investment from BTC, Avto Krka Group, and Imari Holdings to launch its property technology platform
The oversubscribed round will support the AEC start-up as it rolls out its MVP for real estate investors.
LynxCraft provides an integrated cloud platform for real estate investors that automates design, documentation, and supply chain management. The firm streamlines the homebuilding process using algorithmic construction technology.
LynxCraft has successfully closed an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round with backing from a group of regional investors. The capital will support the company as it launches its minimum viable product and accelerates market entry. Participants in the round include BTC, Avto Krka Group, and Imari Holdings.
The startup focuses on modernising architecture, engineering, and construction processes through algorithmic building blocks and supply chain automation. Early validation includes deploying the technology on a boutique hotel project in Slovenia.
