MMC led the round alongside Faction, 13 Books Capital and Atka as the firm targets expansion into the US and Asia-Pacific.
LO:TECH is a London-based capital markets firm providing round-the-clock trading infrastructure for traditional, digital and prediction assets.
London-based capital markets firm LO:TECH has secured £9m in a Series A financing round. MMC led the investment, with participation from existing backers Faction and 13 Books Capital, as well as Atka.
The fresh capital will support the company as it launches new execution services and pushes into international markets, including planned offices in New York and Singapore. LO:TECH also intends to pursue regulatory licences across its target jurisdictions.
The raise follows a period of significant growth for the firm, which has delivered consecutive years of triple-digit revenue gains and expanded its client base to more than 50 institutional accounts.
