LiveScore Group secures £50m Series C investment from Ringier AG
Ringier AG has acquired a stake in LiveScore Group in a transaction that values the sports media and gaming business at £500m.
LiveScore Group operates sports media and gaming brands including LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet. The company delivers real time sports scores and betting opportunities to global audiences.
LiveScore Group has secured a £50m Series C investment from Ringier AG, valuing the business at £500m. The strategic partnership will accelerate the company's expansion into Central and Eastern European territories by leveraging Ringier's sports media assets and regional expertise. Following the transaction, Stilian Shishkov will join the Supervisory Board of LiveScore Group. The funding marks the latest milestone for the sports and gaming operator following three years of strong commercial performance.
