LIMA Group secures £12m from Maven to expand cloud and managed services.
Maven Capital Partners led the investment round with participation from Maven Investor Partners and CYBG.
LIMA Group provides managed services, hybrid cloud and data centre solutions to a range of organisations from SMEs to the public sector. Based in Salford, the business specialises in designing and implementing intelligent IT infrastructure.
LIMA Group has secured £12m in investment from Maven Capital Partners to scale up its cloud and managed services offerings. The funding package comprises an equity raise from Maven Investor Partners alongside debt financing from CYBG.
Established in 1997 and operating out of Salford, the technology services provider assists clients with IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud adoption. The capital will enable the firm to pursue selective acquisitions and broaden its market reach.
Maven led the transaction as part of its ongoing private equity strategy, backing the business to capitalise on growing demand for specialist IT infrastructure management.
