Lilo secures £2.6m in pre-seed funding led by 468 Capital
The pre-seed round was led by 468 Capital to fund team expansion and initial property purchases.
Lilo is a fractional property ownership platform based in London. The company enables members to acquire shares in high-end residential properties located in desirable cities.
Lilo has secured £2.6m in a pre-seed funding round led by 468 Capital. The financing also saw participation from Presight Capital and select angel investors.
Founded in April 2022, the London-based start-up operates an invest-and-experience platform for fractional home ownership. The capital will be deployed to expand the team and execute initial property acquisitions across major European cities.
The platform allows members to purchase shares in global real estate with ownership split into multiple fractions, targeting young professionals and creatives seeking flexible property investment.
