Liberis provides revenue-based finance and embedded business funding platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Liberis has secured €30m in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank UK to support its continued expansion across European markets and extend multi-currency financing options for merchants.

The London-based embedded finance platform will use the capital to scale its operations into territories including Poland and Germany, while reducing foreign exchange exposure by offering funding in euros, Swedish kronor, and Danish kroner.

The latest transaction follows a £140m financing earlier in the year, bringing the company's total funds raised to €430m since inception.

From the founder

"Thanks to the debt financing provided by Silicon Valley Bank UK, Liberis can continue its expansion into new territories across Europe with new and existing embedded finance partners, further supporting small businesses with flexible funding options."
