Mobeus has backed the legal technology platform in its latest funding round to support team expansion and product development.
Legatics provides legal project management software designed to simplify and automate legal processes for global law firms. The platform offers a collaborative workspace that streamlines transactions and reduces risk.
Legal transaction management platform Legatics has secured £3m in a Series A funding round led by Mobeus. The capital will be deployed to double the team size over the next 18 months and accelerate product development for new features and practice areas.
Founded by lawyers to improve legacy working methods, the company has seen adoption by approximately 1,500 companies and multiple top-tier global banking and finance law firms. Mobeus identified the legal technology sector as an area with high potential due to accelerated market adoption and increased budgetary pressures within the legal industry.
