La Salle Education raises £550k across SEIS and EIS rounds to fund software launch

La Salle Education is a London based education technology company that provides digital teaching and assessment platforms for mathematics.
La Salle Education has raised a total of £550k across two funding rounds to support its mathematics software. The capital comprises an initial SEIS round of £150k closed at the end of January 2014, followed by an EIS round of £400k closed on 3rd April 2014.
Anvil Partners acted as lead investors for the SEIS round and served as advisors for the EIS round, helping to increase the latter by 33 percent above target and close it a month ahead of schedule.
The company will use the proceeds to support the upcoming launch of its Complete Mathematics platform at the British Congress of Mathematics Education.
