Kubus secures £9m from BGF to accelerate global growth and expand operations
The technology value-added reseller has secured funding from BGF to scale its service offerings and pursue strategic acquisitions.
Kubus operates as a technology value-added reseller delivering IT infrastructure solutions in networking, storage, and cyber security. The Gloucestershire-headquartered business serves blue-chip companies and public sector organisations globally.
Kubus has secured £9m in funding from investor BGF to accelerate its international expansion and drive service innovation. The capital will enable the Gloucestershire-based technology reseller to pursue strategic acquisitions, bolster sales capabilities, and strengthen operational infrastructure. Alongside the injection of capital, the firm has appointed Paul Brennan as non-executive chair to guide its next phase of growth.
The investment follows a strong financial year for Kubus, which recorded £35m in turnover and £2.6m in EBITDA for the period ending March 2024. BGF led the transaction through its South West team, reinforcing the investor's ongoing strategy of backing growth-stage enterprises across the UK and Ireland.
