The financing concludes a total Series A raise of £9.5m and will support global expansion and AI product integration.
Kuberno provides a global legal entity management software platform designed to streamline corporate governance and compliance. The company helps international organisations manage, analyse and visualise entity data.
Kuberno has secured £6m in a Series A financing round led by Nasdaq Ventures and Barclays, bringing its total capital raised to £9.5m. The fresh funds will support the company in accelerating its international expansion, particularly in the United States, and advancing its product capabilities through the integration of artificial intelligence tools. Since receiving its initial tranche of funding from Nasdaq Ventures last year, the firm has experienced significant revenue growth and expanded its team to accommodate its growing client base.
The investment also coincides with deeper commercial ties between Kuberno and its backers. Barclays is currently adopting the company software for its own legal entity management, while Nasdaq is working on a product integration with its existing suite of governance solutions. Kuberno continues to develop its core platform, Kube, alongside data visualisation tools like Kanvas to help governance, tax, finance and legal teams manage complex compliance requirements.
From the founder
"We have invested heavily in data architecture and leveraged our governance expertise to build data structures that ensure the utmost integrity around entity data, which enables the development of highly accurate and time-saving AI features. Thanks to this funding round, we can supercharge the Kube platform to empower enterprises to manage, analyse and visualise entity data in a way that will transform day-to-day operational efficiency. We’re delighted to be partnering with Barclays as both a customer and investor, and to see our relationship with Nasdaq Ventures go from strength to strength."
