London based workforce insights platform Koios has secured £440k in pre seed funding led by Seedcamp. The round also drew participation from Evolvient Capital and industry angels. The capital will support the company as it prepares for its official launch and continues to refine its inclusive audio data models.
Founded in 2020, Koios uses short voice samples to deliver personality assessments, replacing traditional questionnaires with an automated approach designed to reduce friction for employers and candidates alike.
