KodyPay has secured £15.8m in a Series A financing round from new institutional investors and existing shareholders, taking its total funding to $30m. The company has grown rapidly since launch, with annualised processing volumes nearing $1bn across its platform.
The fresh capital will support international talent acquisition across the UK, continental Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore, alongside the development of new strategic partnerships to enhance its product range.
KodyPay provides a fully integrated financial and software platform designed to streamline operations, reduce overheads, and improve customer loyalty for retail and hospitality brands.
