KCA Holdings secures £5.3m from BGF to accelerate software and cloud expansion
BGF led a £5.3m minority investment in technology group KCA Holdings to fund platform development and team expansion.
KCA Holdings owns and operates Service Geeni and Cloud Geeni, providing software and cloud infrastructure solutions to businesses across multiple sectors.
KCA Holdings has secured £5.3m in minority investment from BGF to accelerate growth across its Service Geeni and Cloud Geeni divisions. The funding will support ongoing software design, cloud infrastructure enhancement, and team expansion.
The group, which employs 95 people across its Greater Manchester headquarters and its Bengaluru development hub, has experienced significant growth over the past three years. Alongside the investment, technology entrepreneur Arlene Adams joins the board as non-executive chair, while BGF's Harry Jones joins as a non-executive director.
