Kbox Global has secured £12m in Series A funding led by Balderton Capital to expand its host kitchen technology operations. The company plans to scale its presence across the United Kingdom and prepare for international expansion, including establishing a US base.
The business utilises spare commercial kitchen capacity in venues such as pubs, hotels, and supermarkets to launch delivery brands without upfront capital expenditure. Since raising a £5m seed round earlier in the year, Kbox has scaled its network across several major British cities and signed franchise agreements in Australia and India.
